☑️大会形式/Tournament format
1. 原則として予選リーグと決勝トーナメントを行う。各チーム2～4試合を行う。
2. 参加チーム数により、総当たり戦 または変則的なリーグ戦となる場合がある。最少催行チーム数は3チームとする。

1. In principle, a qualifying league and final tournament will be held. Each team will play 2-4 games.
2. Depending on the number of participating teams, it may be a round-robin match or an irregular league match. The minimum number of teams to participate is 3.


☑️勝敗決定/Win/lose decision
1. 同点の場合、予選リーグでは引き分けとする。決勝トーナメントでは原則としてサドンデスPKにより決定する。

2. 不戦勝は3-0となり1試合としてカウントする。ただしこの場合、当該試合の時間内で、対戦相手を探し練習試合を行う事ができる。

3. 不戦敗は0-3となり1試合としてカウントする。

1. In case of a tie, the preliminary league will be declared a draw. In principle, the final tournament will be decided by sudden death penalty kicks.

2. A bye will be 3-0 and will count as one game. However, in this case, players can find
an opponent and have a practice match within the time of the match.

3. A bye will be 0-3 and will be counted as one game.


☑️順位決定/Ranking determination
順位決定方法は、勝点(勝ち3・引分1・負け0)の多いチームを上位とする。ただし、勝点が同じ場合は以下の順番により決定する。
1. ブロック内での総得失点差
2. ブロック内での総得点数
3. 当該チーム間の対戦成績
4. 抽選(コイントス)

The ranking will be determined by placing the team with the most points (3 wins, 1 draw, 0 losses) at the top. However, if the points are the same, the decision will be made in the following order:

1. Total goal difference within the block
2. Total number of points in the block
3. Match results between the teams concerned
4. Lottery (coin toss)


☑️レフリー/referee
1. 原則としてフットサル審判員の有資格者を主催者が手配する。
2. レフリーのジャッジは絶対とし、抗議は一切禁止とする。

1. In principle, the organizer will arrange a qualified soccer or futsal referee.
2. The referee will be the absolute judge, and any protests will be prohibited.
＊ファール基準としてはプレミア式となっており試合をあまり止めたくないという代表の強い思いからあまり厳しくとりません。

*The foul standards are based on the Premier system, and we don't take them too harshly because we don't want to stop the game too much.
